// SERVICE 02AI AUTOMATION & WORKFLOWSDEEP DIVE

The boring work,
done by machines.

Every company has work that follows rules: read this, sort that, copy it there, notify someone. That work doesn’t need a bigger team - it needs a pipeline. We build AI automations that plug into the tools you already use.

Not chatbots bolted onto your website. Purpose-built workflows with language models where they help, plain code where they don’t, and human review exactly where mistakes would hurt.

What’s possible

DOCUMENTS
Document triage & extraction
Invoices, contracts, applications - read, classified, and turned into structured data in your system.
e.g. invoice → approval queue in 30 seconds
COMMUNICATION
Inbox & ticket automation
Incoming requests sorted, answered when routine, routed with full context when not.
e.g. 70% of support tickets drafted automatically
DATA
Tool-to-tool sync
The copy-paste between your CRM, sheets, and accounting tool - gone. Data flows itself.
e.g. deal closes → invoice + onboarding kickoff
REPORTING
Reports on autopilot
Weekly numbers pulled, summarized in plain language, and delivered where you read them.
e.g. Monday 8:00 digest in Slack
AGENTS
Research & monitoring agents
Agents that watch sources, compare, and flag what matters - competitors, prices, regulations, leads.
e.g. tender alerts matched to your criteria
QUALITY
Human-in-the-loop review
For decisions that matter, automation prepares and a person approves. Speed without the risk.
e.g. one click approves an AI-drafted quote
// GOOD FIT IF
A process eats hours weekly and follows roughly the same steps every time
Information gets re-typed between two or more tools
Response time matters and requests pile up in an inbox
You want reports that currently require someone to assemble them
// PROBABLY NOT IF
The process changes fundamentally every time it runs
There's no digital trace - pure phone-and-handshake work
You want AI for the label, not for a measurable outcome
The volume is so low that doing it by hand is genuinely fine

Fair questions

No - it replaces the part of their day they hate. Automations handle the repetitive middle; your people handle judgment, exceptions, and relationships. Most clients redeploy hours, not headcount.
That's why we don't ship 'AI decides everything' systems. Deterministic code handles what has rules; the model handles language and extraction; and anything consequential gets a human approval step. You define the risk threshold, we build the guardrails.
No. We use enterprise APIs with no-training guarantees, or self-hosted models when data can't leave your infrastructure. Data handling is written into the scope before we start.
Almost certainly. If it has an API, we connect to it directly. If it doesn't, there's usually an export, a webhook, or a mailbox we can work with. Integration mapping is part of week zero.
A focused single-workflow automation typically starts in the low five figures and pays for itself in months - we'll show you the math against hours saved before you commit. Bigger multi-workflow systems are scoped in phases.
